What is not to love about the dress? Are you kidding me?! It's laced and it is peplum. Everything is just girly. Good thing the color is navy blue. It made the dress wearable and appropriate in the office. BTW, I bought this dress for Php 500 only. It is the smallest size which is why I think they sold it for 70% off. Perks of being petite. :)
